2 - Copy of the court roll of the Manor of Oystersmouth. Entries of the transfer of a mortgage of Woodlands Castle by Richard Janion Nevill, Esq., to Benjamin Hall and David Arthur Saunders Davies. Hall and Davies agreed to advance and pay the principal sum of £2,000 for a transfer of mortgage. They paid the sum at this court, Neville then surrendered the estate to the lord, who regranted it to Hall and Davies, Jenkin Davies Berrington, Esq., was admitted as feofee
