1 - Deed of covenant for payment of £250 and interest secured on a conditional surrender of a certain farm and lands called Cwmbach in the parish and manor of Oystermouth. Deed enrolled in the manor court. Parties: 1. Robert Hancorne of 4 Euston Square, Middlesex, surgeon. 2. Ann Beer of Swansea, widow. Robert Hancorne and Margaret, his wife, copyholders of the manor of Oystermouth, in consideration of £250, surrendered the messuage called Cwmbach, formerly in the occupation of James Stringer, then James Thomas, Esq., and now William Jenkins, to Ann Beer.
2 - Deed of covenant by way of further charge for securing £50 and interest. Parties: 1. Robert Hancorne, late of 4 Euston Square, now of 19 Dorchester Place, Middlesex, surgeon. 2. Ann Beer of Swansea, widow.
3 - Entries of the proof of the will of Robert Hancorne, Esq., deceased, and of the Admission to the messuage at Cwmbach of Mrs Margaret Hancorne as devisee.
4 - Lease of dwellinghouse and land at Mayalls called Cwmbach, for 14 years at yearly rent of £60. Parties: 1. Margaret Nickolls of Cwmbach, Blackpill, widow. 2. Thomas Perkins of Sketty, gent. Endorsed: 1897, 24 February Surrender. Parties: 1. Thomas Perkins. 2. William Graham Vivian of Clyne, Esq. Reversion of the premises is now vested in W.G. Vivian - consideration of £10.
5 - Inland Revenue - account of the succession in real property of Margaret Nickolls (formerly Margaret Hancorne spinster) of New Road, Llandovery, widow, who succeeded to property at Cwmbach on the death of Margaret Hancorne in Feb 1804, with a receipt for duty paid. It is noted that the property has since been sold to W.G. Vivian for £2,050.
