Trustees: 1) Sarah Vivian, his wife; 2) Henry Hussey Vivian; 3) William Graham Vivian; 4) Sir William Gibson Craig, his son in law; 5) Arthur Jones, Esq., his brother in law.
Terms 1. His wife to occupy Singleton and Baton Square, London, for her life, then property to go to Henry Hussey Vivian.
2. Henry Hussey Vivian to have Park Wern until he inherited Singleton, and then Park Wern was to go toWilliam Graham or a younger brother.
