In his will of 20 April, 1840, C.R. Jones appointed J.H. Vivian and R.A. Mansel as his trustees.
Jones died 7 April 1847. He left many debts and his real estate had to be mortgaged - mortgage deed of 1853. Lands mentioned were in St. John's iuxta Swansea, Newton Nottage, and Llangevelach, etc. and included Blackpill Meadow. |
