  <dc:description>This refers to deeds from 1779-1867, the mortgage being arranged between Henry Hussey Vivian and the Trustees in 1867. This is a working copy with many notes and cancellations. Many of the notes are dated 15/2/95. H.H. Vivien died in 1894 and Ernest Ambrose Vivian became Lord Swansea. The Park le Breos estate passed to his second son, John Aubrey Vivian, until his death in 1898.</dc:description>
