  <dc:description>Deed of 1781 shows that George Warde of Sion, Middlesex, Major General m. Charlotte daughter of Rev. Spencer Madan and Lady Charlotte (daughter of Earl Cornwallis). In 1817, General George Warde married his daughter Charlotte to William Vansittart. Spencer Madan, junior, and Charles Warde junior of Squerries Lodge, Kent, were made trustees of the settlement of General George Warde. He died in 1830.</dc:description>
