  <dc:title>Brinney and The Woodman, Blackpill</dc:title>
<dc:description>Brinney Inn was built on land near Brinney Lane. By 1880 at least, it was called The Woodman. These premises ceased to be used as a public house, the licence being transferred to premises on the opposite side of the turnpike road, and a row of houses known as Brooklands Terrace was built on the original site. Deeds referring to numbers 6 to 11 Brooklands Terrace are found in this group.</dc:description>
